i was browsing smartandsexy.com they have a lot of cute styles and fun colors. the site looks clean overall and it was easy enough to find my way around. a few pages felt a little crowded, but nothing that really bothered me. overall, i liked the vibe and the designs were definitely fun to look through.

I ordered a bra and matching set from Smart and Sexy, cute. The style looked really nice, and the fabric felt soft enough at first. But after wearing the bra for a few hours, the band started digging in a bit. Ouch. It wasn’t terrible, just not something I’d want to wear all day. Overall, fine. Not bad, not amazing.

I picked up a couple of items because I thought it looked like a decent deal, and I was hoping the reviews/feedback I’d seen from others would line up with my experience.

When they arrived, the material felt cheaper than I expected, and the fit was a little off for me. I kept wondering if maybe other people had better luck with sizing or got different items, because mine just didn’t feel like something I’d reach for much.
Maybe it works well for others, but for me the price didn’t really match the quality. I was hoping to feel like I found a good buy, but I don’t think I’d order again

The whole return process was a mess. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and every time I thought I understood the return terms, they seemed to change or someone told me something different. I’m still waiting on my refund, and at this point I don’t see myself buying from here again.

I ordered a couple of bras and some underwear from smartandsexy.com, and overall I was happy with everything once I tried it on.

For me, the bra band felt true to size, but the cups seemed just a little small. If you’re someone who’s between sizes, I think a lot of customers would probably be better off sizing up in the cup. The underwear was comfortable and fit the way I expected, so no issues there.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the sizing took a bit of guessing, and I could see that being the same for other shoppers too. Once I figured out what worked, though, I was happy with what I got.

It just didn’t feel like great quality to me. The overall build feels kind of cheap, and I was expecting something a little more solid and well-made.

It showed up in good shape, so that part was fine, but the shipping was definitely slower than expected. Not sure who dropped the ball there, but it could’ve been quicker
